Working Together
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change — at a pace that feels right for you.
What Therapy Can Help With
Most people don’t come to therapy at the start of the trouble. They come after they’ve already tried — read some books, maybe taken some classes — but the thoughts still come uninvited.
Sometimes it’s louder than that, and sometimes it’s so quiet it just looks like normal life — managing everyone else’s needs before your own.
In therapy we will name what’s felt unsayable and this will give it a recognizable shape. The shape of the thing still arrives — but the fight that used to last a week ends by evening, the fatigue lightens when you can see why it’s there, and the distance between getting hijacked and finding your way back gets shorter.
